Data we process

Depending on how you use the service, we process account email addresses, password hashes, license and order metadata, product access records, device identifiers converted to one-way keyed hashes, IP addresses converted to keyed hashes, and security or audit events. Payment-card data is not collected because automated checkout is not enabled.

Why we use it

We use data to authenticate users, issue and validate licenses, enforce device limits, deliver files, prevent abuse, investigate security events, provide support, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing and transfers

We use infrastructure and security providers, including hosting and Cloudflare services, only as needed to operate the service. We do not sell personal data. Processing may occur outside your country with the safeguards available from those providers.

Retention and security

Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for licensing, security, support, dispute, and legal purposes. Administrative access is restricted, sensitive files are stored outside the public web root, and transport encryption is required; no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for security or legal reasons. Contact [email protected]. The service is not directed to children.
