Data we process

Depending on how you use the service, we process email addresses, license and order metadata, product access records, device identifiers converted to one-way keyed hashes, IP addresses converted to keyed hashes, and security or audit events. Payment details and wallet transactions are handled by the hosted payment provider and are not stored by Kryocore.

Why we use it

We use data to authenticate users, issue and validate licenses, enforce device limits, deliver files, prevent abuse, investigate security events, provide support, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing and transfers

We use infrastructure, security, and payment providers, including hosting services, Cloudflare, and the checkout provider shown at purchase, only as needed to operate the service, prevent fraud, and process orders. We do not sell personal data. Processing may occur outside your country with the safeguards available from those providers.

Retention and security

Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for licensing, security, support, dispute, and legal purposes. Administrative access is restricted, sensitive files are stored outside the public web root, and transport encryption is required; no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for security or legal reasons. Contact [email protected]. The service is not directed to children.
