Before payment

For any manually arranged purchase, the applicable price, license duration, delivery method, and refund conditions must be provided in writing before payment. Do not send payment without those terms.

Requesting help

If you believe a manually arranged order was not delivered as agreed, contact [email protected] with the order reference and the email used for the order. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not excluded.

Future checkout

This policy will be updated before self-service payments are activated. The terms displayed at checkout will control that transaction.
